• Generally applicable only to human fetuses and humans who are mostly dead.
• Usually not applicable (depending on where you live) if you are a human and happen to be poor, brown, red, yellow or just somewhat annoying.
• Not applicable to any critter that happens to be of species being pushed to extinction.
• Not applicable to the treatment of animals regarded as livestock.
